Hot Weather Shipping Policy 

Ice packs and/or insulated bubble wrap are included with all items that may melt, we cannot guarantee that items won’t melt in transit on hot summer days and unpredicted weather. Unfortunately we cannot give refunds due to melted items so please consider this carefully before purchasing, we will do our best to ensure your sweet treats arrive ok, but we cannot guarantee this.

Ice packs are generally good for 48 hours unless its a 40 + degree day.

To avoid melting items, here are a few things you can do

- Select Express Shipping (AUS Post)

- Place orders at beginning of the weeks o they don't sit in a depot over the weekend.

Sweet Sugar Candy Co. will take every possible precaution to make sure you receive your order in the best possible condition but we ask you to please consider the type of products you are purchasing during warm weather months. If you are not willing to accept the risk of melting, then please don't order products that may melt, as we don't give refunds for melted items.
